Refund policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns for any reason other than receipt of a defective product will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Any outbound shipping expenses borne by HiddenHelper will be removed from the refunded amount.  The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping expenses. See the FAQ section for fitment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

To initiate your request for a return and refund, please send a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase and contact us with the reason for your return at returns@myhiddenhelper.com.

Any items returned outside of this process will not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if any refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
